About us

Hong Kong city
Originally established in September 2000, 2M Trading Ltd was re-launched in 2012.

With a total of over 70 years of broadly based, and extensive international experience in the passive fire protection industry, the Directors and management utilised their comprehensive knowledge base to develop a high performance range of independently tested and certified Fire Stop products for the construction and facilities management markets… and the 2MT HEATSHIELD range was born!

Since 1986 the Directors have created, developed, and successfully grown other internationally recognised brands and businesses within the Fire Protection industry. This success has been built on a series of proactive partnerships with clients, trade organisations, and individuals and we are committed to continuing with a Partnering philosophy as the cornerstone of our ongoing business development.

The range of products offered by the 2MT covers almost every trade and discipline in the construction and maintenance processes, and can be divided into a number of discipline driven groups – Mechanical and Plumbing, Electrical, Data and Telecoms, Construction, and General Fire Stop.
